Common questions.

Do we need to provide design files?

If you have Figma files for your product, I use them directly so the UI in the video matches the real thing. If not, I can work from screenshots and rebuild the screens.

How many revisions are included?

Every project includes two rounds of revisions.

Can the video be updated when our UI changes?

Yes. I organise project files by screen, so changing one screen doesn't mean redoing the whole video. Small updates are billed hourly.

What languages do you offer for voice-over?

English, Malay and Indonesian. Other languages can be arranged through my voice talent partners.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit locks in your slot, and the remaining 50% is due before final files are delivered.
